Hi, my name is Dana Hernandez,
Self Defense Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Veterinarian.
As a daughter of an alcoholic & witnessing physical abuse to both of my mother figures, my need to tap into my inner strength & fortitude was deep in my soul from an early age.
