Hi, my name is Dana Hernandez,
Self Defense Instructor, Veterinarian, and Personal Trainer.

Having witnessed physical abuse to both of my maternal figures, the desire to go from scrawny to strong dictated the first 36 years of my life. When I began my self defense journey in 2010, my mentors helped me to uncover my inner warrior who protects me. After combining strength training with self defense tactics, my power went to the next level. Once I incorporated Breathwork & mindset hacks, all areas of my life skyrocketed!
