My story. My why.

My name is Dana. After experiencing firsthand the power of exercise to help pull me through two difficult times in my life, I was intrigued.  When I began taking self defense classes, I then truly felt strong and confident about handling any situation that life threw at me.  Once I saw how it all works together (movement, mindset, meal plan), I became obsessed with sharing this knowledge with everyone who wanted to listen.  

My first career is in medicine and similarly to that career, I always look to gain new knowledge and serve my clients.  I’m a student and a teacher.  My hope is to empower you to live your healthiest, strongest, and most fulfilled life!
