We all are given one body. There is no back up body if we choose to abuse the one we have. Expect that, if abused, in time our body will give out or retaliate.

About me

When I was taught how to find my inner strength in a self defense class, I walked around feeling safe.  When I began strength training, I gained more confidence. Eating to fuel my body made me resilient. Continually improving my mindset makes all the components work together. My goal is to show you how you can do the same!
